Fixing our economy to fix business
Filed under: Environmental, Off-Topic — Tags: Aptera, economy, electricity, Joseph Newman, nation, Newman Generator, run on water — admin @ 8:48 pmOur economy has been in bad shape for awhile now. There are many factors involved, however there is one single fix that will allow us to recover and thrive no matter what.
Our nation will never be stable completely until we are completely independent when it comes to energy. One day our unleaded gas costs $1.69 per gallon and the next it is $2.50. Then we go forth into te $3.00 range and when our economy starts hurting it tops well over $4.00. I have not been outside in a week but when I heard it was down to $2.69 I could not believe my ears!
We as a nation have the knowledge we need to make this change but we refuse to use it. It is because of the profits to be made in oil which makes it impossible to become a green nation. We have been able to convert cars to run on tap water. And if you remember the man named Joseph Newman who created a self-powered machine that needs NOTHING whatsoever in order to run. The Newman Generator is probably our best bet but the U.S. Patent Office is biased and refuse to allow the patent. This means it will never go into mass production.
Other nations actively produce vehicles that run on water and electricity. Check out the Aptera which is an oddly-shaped car that is classified as a motorcycle and gets 300 MPG! Google it.
If we were to mass produce these vehicles there would be a huge difference in our nation. The poor will be able to afford to drive to work. Homeless people will have year-round shelters because energy costs would be low for those shelters. In addition, there would be less homeless out there on the street. Some of those walking the streets got there because they could not afford their gas and electricity bill and when it got turned off they had to move. It is against the law to live in a home without energy.
Our solution is simple. Let’s make a change.

Using leverage to explode your income
Filed under: Business Resources, Running a business, Staff Issues, Starting a business — admin @ 9:09 pmLeverage is what rich people and large busiesses use in order to expand at an explosive rate. You will notice that the average Joe that works 40+ hours per week seems to live paycheck to paycheck. Even the middle class seem to overlook leverage and their entire life is spent paying off credit card debt.
As a business, your leverage starts when you hire people to do the daily tasks that take up so much of your time. A company should have a complete sales force to bring in and close leads; a team of developers (or workers) to get the actual work done; and customer service people to handle client relations and general questions about your business.
In addition to leveraging your time, it is necessary to manage the entire team with a weekly meeting. This will allow you to make sure everyone is on the same page and are no less motivated than they were when they started working for you.
While a team is an important thing to have, it means nothing unless you can treat your employees with respect and compassion. Your employees need to know that when they go to work for you they will not be bored out of their mind. Your workforce should remain strong and efficient.

Google Reputation Management

We specialize in removing defamation from the first page of Google and other major search engines.
Clean my name in Google:
Your name is your most valuable asset. But what happens if someone posts your name online and uses a bunch of lies? In this day where everyone Googles everyone, even employers, you can be turned down for jobs or lose customers.
We have found that sometimes a bad relationship ends with one of the people posting the other as a cheater or some other claim. They do this to destroy any chance of the person having a good relationship with someone else.
In addition to the above, there are many examples where people have posted personal information about underage children anonymously and the website where it is located refuses to take it down.
Defamation by competitors:
We have come across many issues in the business world where a competitor would post defamation online at various complaint websites. This is solely to destroy the competition. The problem is that even if the information is false, it can be damaging to the victim company.
Bury bad press:
Our job is to bury bad press. The reason why you contract us is to replace negative search engine results with positive press that you control. We use various methods to do this including but not limited to Press Releases, Article Publishing, Social Networking, Blog Posting and Linking.

Building PageRank is still required
Filed under: Generate Traffic, Link Building, PageRank, Social Networks — Tags: blogs, creative commons license, design forums, directories, free templates, free themes, gaining pagerank, gaining pr, inbound links, keyphrases, keywords, link credit, one-way links, pagerank, press release, RSS Feeds, seo company, traffic, Web Design — admin @ 6:16 pmYou have probably visited many seo and design forums where “experts” in seo claim that PageRank is not important anymore. The problem with that is that it is false. The higher the PageRank you will notice a higher amount of traffic to your website. Our website right now is a PR2 and gets a LOT of traffic. Now imagine if we had a PR8…
The best way of gaining that PR is actually a mix of methods. One of them includes building one-way links from directories. Directories do help you regardless what anyone says. Obviously you will benefit from direct traffic that comes from those directories, but you also get credit for the link . Get about 20 of those links and BAM you have a PageRank of 2 on a new website.
Then put out articles with a link credit on them and publish them on free websites. Webmasters use your articles and are required to link back.
If you are a web design or seo company you have the right to place a link credit on the client’s website footer which helps build your PR. But you can also release free templates and themes requiring a link back and call it a Creative Commons License. This will generate lots of links to you quickly because there is a large number of people who download free templates. It is easy to publish them because there are websites dedicated to publishing them.
You can put out monthly press releases with link credits which is good because they are provided as RSS Feeds. Websites out there are automated to republish rss feeds, and in turn your link gets placed with your press item. You may also get traffic from the release by someone searching the release website or googling specific keywords that brought your release to the top 10 results.
In addition, you can use Digg, Twitter, and other social networks to generate inbound links & massive amounts of traffic.
You can search for blogs that do not have the nofollow attribute on them and comment on them. Make sure you comment appropriately and not just to get a link . If you respect other webmasters they will respect you. And you can ensure your comment will not be marked as spam. Do not post a link directly in your comment though unless it is relevant as a resource for the posts question or another comments question. You can post your link in the space provided which many blogs allow. You would also benefit from traffic on blogs that do use the nofollow attribute because you posted a quality comment and the person reading it wants to know more about you.

Filed under: Personal Projects, Running a business — Tags: Creative Financing, expand your business, gas cards, high gas prices, photo editing, photoshop, project work — admin @ 3:37 pmFunny title, but not a joke. In these times of high gas prices I find that it is good to barter small project work in exchange for gas cards. I can get $50, $100, $200 gas cards or some photo editing work.
This falls back into the category of being creative to expand your business, or just to keep it afloat. Personal needs are important to keep your business alive as well. When the funds are just not there for a needed expense, you can always fall back on creative financing for your everyday life.

Our sales executive jobs
Filed under: Jobs — Tags: Business First, Chief Learning Officer, commission basis, growth opportunities, hiring sales staff, independent contractors, sales employees, sales executive, Sales Training, starting commission, telecommute, Training Magazine, valuable employee — admin @ 3:28 pmWe would like to tell you a bit more about our sales executive jobs. We have been getting calls for these open positions but we cannot take calls for open jobs at this time. We request that you follow the directions on our careers page and we will contact you if we feel you are a good fit for our company.
To give you a rundown of our sales executive jobs…
We are always hiring sales staff because we are expanding at an explosive rate. Sales staff are paid on a commission basis to start. The standard starting commission is 30% of every sale you close. Sales staff start as independent contractors with a chance to become a full time salaried employee after 1 year with our company. Full time sales employees have an opportunity to earn bonuses on top of their regular salary.
We use the above structure to ensure that you will remain a long-term valuable employee. By hiring on a commission basis to start, it allows us to hire and train staff in large numbers. So if you are not comfortable with a telecommute position that pays on a commission basis for 1 year then please do not send us your resume.
We have the top-of-the-line in sales training. The head of our sales team has been featured numerous National publications including Business First, Dartnell’s Sell!ng, Chief Learning Officer, and Training Magazine.
On a commission basis, you have the potential to earn over $120,000 your first year with growth opportunities.

Comments (0)Sometimes commission is key
Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 11:18 amCommission is an ugly word to many, but in the right circumstances a commission can be huge and worth your effort. As a service company you expect to be paid for your services. But sometimes you come across situations in big business where the economy is bad and the potential customer does not want to spend the money right now. Even if the possible return on investment makes sense.

Using music on websites
Filed under: Web Design, Web Development — Tags: music, music playing in the background, pausing the music, potential customers, redesign, website — admin @ 3:16 pmWe come across a good number of web re-design clients who have sites that automatically play music . Some of them are basic and do not even include a way of turning it off or pausing the music .
Depending on the website, it may or may not be a good idea to have music on it. But you should always include a way to turn it off. And if possible, do not automatically have it start. Keep in mind that some people may be visiting your website at night when others in the house are sleeping. They visit your website and hear a sudden loud blast of music that wakes everyone up. Not to mention, it may give someone a heart attack.
Put these things in mind when you are creating your website. Careful planning is needed to make sure you do not turn off any of your potential customers.
In addition to the above you will want to put serious thought into the music playing in the background. You will not want punk rock playing on a business themed website. It is always best to go with mellow, low toned music that is universal. Universal being that it is music heard by a majority of the population on a daily basis when they go on an elevator, or are on hold on the phone. Choosing the wrong music might offend someone and they will remember that you are the place wih the bad music .
