Our policy on private and restricted phone calls to our office
We have enacted a policy on private and restricted phone calls to our office because of abuse. In this day and age of telemarketers there is an unfortunate system for abuse. Because of this, we almost always never answer phone calls from restricted or private callers. This is because telemarketers call trying to sell us something without invitation, or some bill collector calls trying to find someone who used to own our phone number. Even though we are on the do not call list, the abuse continues.
Customer information is SAFE with us and will NOT be shared with anyone!
The law requires us to collect the telemarketing callers information and the time they called so that if they call again they can be properly dealt with according to the law. This is why we require the ability to see the number of the individual calling.
If you call during normal CST business hours Monday-Friday and did not receive an answer, it is most likely because of this reason. You can also leave a message on the VM system with a callback number if you are indeed a customer with a private number and we WILL call you back. We appologize if this is an inconvenience for our legitimate customers but we cannot answer unsolicited calls and maintain a high level of quality services to our clients at the same time. We still maintain the high standards of customer service that our company is built on.
