We are always hiring sales staff because we are expanding at an explosive rate. Sales staff are paid on a commission basis to start. The standard starting commission is 30% of every sale you close. Sales staff start as independent contractors with a chance to become a full time salaried employee after 1 year with our company. Full time sales employees have an opportunity to earn bonuses on top of their regular salary.
We use the above structure to ensure that you will remain a long-term valuable employee. By hiring on a commission basis to start, it allows us to hire and train staff in large numbers. So if you are not comfortable with a telecommute position that pays on a commission basis for 1 year then please do not send us your resume.
We have the top-of-the-line in sales training. The head of our sales team has been featured numerous National publications including Business First, Dartnell’s Sell!ng, Chief Learning Officer, and Training Magazine.
On a commission basis, you have the potential to earn over $120,000 your first year with growth opportunities.
